PosloviWe are looking for
an experienced Short-Form Video Content Creator to join our marketing team. This role requires a creative mind with strong video production and editing skills, comfortable performing in front of a camera, and capable of crafting a variety of engaging short-form videos that resonate with audiences. You will play a major role in engaging viewers through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, converting views into a growing community.
Your role
- Develop and produce captivating short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, empowering conscious consumers interested in ecology, sustainable agriculture and food system with knowledge about its challenges and our solutions to address them
- Craft compelling video scripts and storylines that align with our brand voice and messaging
- Research trending topics and themes in sustainable agriculture and the food system to create relevant, shareable content
- Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and impact in video content
- Monitor video performance metrics, using insights to optimize future video strategies
- Stay updated on the latest trends in video content creation and social media engagement, particularly on TikTok
- Travel to our locations in Slovenia (Ljubljana) and Serbia (mostly around Zrenjanin and Novi Kneževac) to capture real-time content
- Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision
Your experiences and skills
- Proven ability to create short-form video content from start to finish, including design, video, editing, and writing
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging narratives through visual media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Understanding of social media best practices, particularly for TikTok and short-form video content
- A strong sense of creativity, an eye for detail, and an aspiration for exploring sustainable agriculture and food topics
- A collaborative team player who can contribute informed insights and solutions to marketing discussions
- A B-category driving license is required
