We are looking for
a Technical Support Specialist to evolve our customer success team, providing technical assistance and support to users of our Farming Software. This role requires a strong technical background, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for helping customers navigate software solutions tailored for the agriculture industry.
Your role
- Provide front-line technical support to beta users, resolving software issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the product, marketing and engineering teams to identify, track, and escalate software bugs and feature requests
- Develop and document support workflows, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to streamline customer assistance
- Gather customer feedback to improve product functionality and user experience
- Build the customer success strategy, including onboarding, engagement, and retention programs
- Recruit, train, and lead the future customer success team as we scale for open beta and beyond
- Educate customers on best practices and features to maximize their success with our software
- Monitor key customer support metrics and continuously optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Working in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision
Your experiences and skills
- Experience in leading technical support, customer success, or a similar role
- Ability to create and implement structured support and success processes from scratch
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve software-related issues
- Experience working with CRM and support tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Proficiency in Slovene or Serbian, and English, with excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to wear multiple hats
