Biofach in full swing: Traceability and Innovation

Our wholesale, food development, and agro R&D team members attend Biofach, World's Leading Trade Fair for Organic Food.

Three days into Biofach, our trading team is busy presenting our organic crops, which are not only 100% traceable but also 100% transparent. Our traceability sheets are publicly available on our website for everyone to access. Additionally, the team is actively negotiating forward contracts for new organic crops for the upcoming season.

Moreover, we have identified several potential partners who are interested in adopting our traceability solution all the way to the final customers.

Our food development team has identified potential partners in Germany who can assist us in extracting organic pea protein from LoginEKO peas with 100% traceability. Simultaneously, the team has been exploring innovative ways to use LoginEKO oats to provide natural sweetness for our Njamito consumer product. Lastly, we met with food producers who are keen on distributing Njamito internationally.

In the realm of AgroR&D, our team member is diligently searching for new organic varieties for our production, as well as potential research and innovation partners in sustainable farming.

With one more day left, we are filled with excitement and anticipation for what lies ahead.
