First Phase of Our Organic Harvest Completed

We are delighted to share the successful completion of the first phase of our cereal crops and peas harvest, yielding an impressive total of over 6,000 tons.

This season is extra special as it’s our first season of gluten-free production! Here’s a detailed overview of our organic crops harvest:

Our farm spans 3,700 hectares and is fully certified under EU regulation, with selected crops also certified by BioSuisse, and Naturland organic standards.

Our commitment to quality ensures that all our products are cultivated without harmful pesticides and artificial fertilizers. To uphold our standards and prevent contamination, we have decided to sell some of our organically grown crops without organic certificates. This includes:

  • crops from fields we’ve declassified as a precautionary measure,
  • crops from fields where contamination has occurred,
  • crops from newly certified fields undergoing conversion.

Here is the overview of current harvest of organically grown crops sold without organic certificate:

  • 110 tons of organically grown oats,
  • 80 tons organically grown wheat,
  • 68 tons of organically grown rye,
  • 40 tons of organically grown spelt,
  • 7 tons of organically grown durum wheat,
  • 80 tons of organically grown flax.

Looking ahead, we are preparing for the next phase of our harvest. Our chickpeas will be harvested next week. By the end of August and into September, we will harvest sunflowers, soybeans, and corn, which are still maturing in the fields.
