Analysis

Thorough sampling and analysis ensure the quality of our organic crops, guaranteeing final products quality. We perform soil testing, seed quality assessments, and continuous monitoring from sowing to harvest. Post-harvest and final product analysis, further ensure compliance.

Most analyses are conducted in accredited external laboratories. Internal analyses are performed at silo inbound after harvest and during dispatch to customers, using calibrated equipment to ensure timely and accurate results.

ORGANIC STANDARDS

Navigating the intricate path of organic certification demands considerable time and effort. We know this firsthand, having successfully achieved EU Organic Standard, BioSuisse and Naturland certifications.

To streamline the process for fellow farmers, we’ve developed a Standards Comparison table, offering a clear overview of the diverse requirements for various certifications.

Risk Management

In organic agriculture, preventing crops from contamination is a top priority. We take a proactive approach to managing contamination risks and have developed a comprehensive Risk Rating Plots plan. The plan evaluates key criteria in assessing contamination risks:

  • plot size and shape,
  • proximity to neighboring conventional farms,
  • neighboring crop types and positioning, and
  • estimated risk percentage.

Plots are then categorized into risk levels, ranging from “No risk”  to “Very high risk.”

Precautionary measures during production are critical for gluten-free crops to prevent cross-contamination.
